Our customers rely on Live Tracking for real-time updates. Without it, we must contact drivers multiple times, and you'll be charged $150 per load with a penalty, which can lead to deactivation.

How do I assign a load to a driver?

In our Carrier Platform, you can quickly assign or reassign loads to your drivers with just a few clicks. To do this, navigate to the load, click on Edit Driver, and then select Change Driver in the top right corner. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process. Please remember that due to live tracking, it’s crucial to reassign the load as soon as you know it needs to be changed, while the recovery driver is on-route to pick-up from the original driver.
